Don't invent fake problems
Why too many leaders follow the the wrong wrinkles instead climbing the mountain
Time: 2.40 Minutes
Some weeks ago I saw this post, and it took me a while to thing about it. But it kept me going and then hit me:
Too many leaders are often invent fake problems…
And in business, this is a trap.
It’s often about to “keep momentum” and the perception of “if you not working hard you ineffective”.
But there are times, where you don’t have to search for problems, because they knock on your door anyway and times in which all is going well.
At the latter situation, too many looking for fake problems.
Entrepreneurs obsess over tiny details, like perfecting a logo, while ignoring real issues, like customer churn.
I once fixated on a “flawless” pitch deck, but my product wasn’t even solving a real pain point.
Meanwhile, founders who chase big, messy problems, like streamlining logistics or fixing broken supply chains will thrive.
They’re too busy climbing mountains to worry about wrinkles.
Stop manufacturing drama. Go tackle a real challenge.
Stay curious and solve what matters.
