You may think, why in god’s name I should read a Youtuber’s manual in the first place, I am in business, not making charity for GenZ. So where is the edge here?
Because it’s more about how Jimmy is running the channel and how he’s thinking about producing the most watched YT videos on earth.

Jimmy advises all new employees with this “I want nothing in here to be taken literally.”
Every rule is just there to fast things up, but if outdated I can be restated quickly.
I only want “A Players”:
How he assures that only the best people stay at MrBeast and set a high bar for all.
“You’re either an A-Player, B-Player, or C-Player. B-Players are new people that need to be trained into A-Players. C-Players are just average employees. They just exist, do whatever, and get a paycheck. And they have to go.(no worries with severance)”
No does NOT mean no:
I love that one. Too often, even myself, we take a no for granted. Here is Jimmy’s take on it.
““No, you can’t film here”. That literally doesn’t mean shit. Basically what I’m trying to convey is what we call “pushing thru no”. Don’t just stop because one person told you no.”
What you should take from this
Every business and every company need their own way of doing things. But learning from others is the crucial part here. MrBeast is not the biggest Youtube channel out there by coincidence.
It’s about how Jimmy is onboarding, sets the bar and hold employees accountable. You should definitely take a look inside the doc here.
