I think it fair to say that the last decade was a wild time in retro-perspective. Just think of all the new possibilities which came up in terms of tech & usage.
We have so many different devices for communication now. So many different platforms, so many new socials channels. Emails, phones, news, social media, messaging apps and still things like the good auld TV…
It’s really hard to keep up with all of that. And I doubt that everyone of us is using all the different methods to receive and give informations. Nor should use all of them.
An important problem for companies too…
At least this was a thought of founder Robert Vis and his team. Robert came up with the idea, that how business can talk to their customers have to be easier.
And the result is the great dutch success story of Message Bird. A multi channel platform to reach your customers in the way they prefer.
