The goal isn’t unicorn status. It’s building something that works while you sleep, think, travel, or just live your life.
Start by listing everything you do weekly. Ask honestly: does this need me specifically, or just someone or something consistent?
Most tasks don’t need you. They need a system.
Build the system once. Let it run. Stay for the decisions only you can make.
That’s the real one-person unicorn.
